THE FOUNDATION HAS MADE A $3,600,000 LOAN (AT BELOW MARKET INTEREST) TO A PROVIDER OF LOW INCOME SENIOR/ELDERLY HOUSING. THE FOUNDATION CONTINUES TO ACTIVELY PURSUE INVESTMENTS AND PROJECTS WHICH WILL PROVIDE AND/OR SUPPORT LOW INCOME SENIOR HOUSING. FOR ITS YEAR ENDED 9/30/2018, THE FOUNDATION HAS RECEIVED $170,700 IN PAYMENTS ON ITS LOAN TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PROVIDER OF LOW INCOME SENIOR/ELDERLY HOUSING.
