One World is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of children affected by poverty. We do this by engaging individuals as global philanthropists, who raise funds and awareness for organizations serving children with education, healthcare, and shelter.

African Community Center for Social Sustainability (ACCESS)With 70% of health providers located in urban areas, ACCESS supports rural community health efforts for orphans and other vulnerable children, provides nursing and midwifery education, medical care, family planning, and innovative research in global health. In 2019, ACCESS served 12,618 patients, trained 126 community health workers, and maintained a community pharmacy.The Action FoundationBased in the Kibera Slum, the Action Foundation builds inclusive and resilient communities where children and young people with disabilities can thrive, by working with children, parents and schools to offer inclusive health, education, empowerment and protection programs.
Ujima FoundationTo combat high youth unemployment rates, Ujima provides job training and employment services, specifically to orphaned youth who take care of their younger siblings. Ujima offeres mentoring and entrepreneurship courses, as well as a network of companies to assist in filling job opportunities. In 2019, employability training was provided to 498 youths who are themselves responsible for taking care of 1,498 siblings and children of their own.Kliptown Youth Program (KYP) KYP provides nutrition, tutoring and athletic programs for children. KYP provides 2 meals per day to 511 children living in poverty (over 100,000 meals total in 2019), so they can be active community members, are able to learn.
