Organizations Filed Purposes:
THE CORPORATION WILL ENDEAVOR TO INSPIRE, IGNITE, EMPOWER AND TEENS AND WOMEN IN THE HOUSTON, TEXAS AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, COMBAT ECONOMIC DISTRESS, AND ELIMINATE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. TO THAT END, THE CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE MODEST SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO UNDERPRIVILEGED WOMEN AND TEENS TO HELP THEM CONNECT WITH THEIR PURPOSES, FULFILL THEIR DREAMS, AND SHIFT THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES FROM WHERE THEY ARE TO WHERE THEY WANT TO BE.
THE CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
The Project P.U.S.H.!, Inc launched "Girls With Power" conference on January 20, 2019 in Houston, TX. The event was an empowerment brunch and fundraiser for PUSH Girls Academy, a high school girls mentoring organization. The event highlighted and showcased the members and mentees of the organization, coupled with an empowerment message. There were 250 people attended the conference and the cost per ticket was $75.
The Project P.U.S.H.! organized tea event in October, 2019. The event wan for the PUSH members and their parents to kick start the beginning of a new year in the program, There were roughly 50 people attended the event, There was not a fee for this event.
