Social Venture Partners Los Angeles (SVP) is a diverse community of Angelenos (con on Sch O) that incubates and accelerates emerging nonprofit social justice efforts. SVP bolsters early-stage systems change initiatives and cultivates effective, engaged philanthropists.
Systems Change Accelerator: SVP supports a cohort of early-stage systems change initiatives with a combination of seed funding, peer learning, and skill-based mentoring and coaching. SVP provides a range of in-kind assistance based on the nonprofits' priorities, including strategic planning, marketing, communications, executive coaching, leadership and organizational development, finance, and fundraising. Over 45 members (also referred to as Partners) and other volunteers contributed over 600 hours to our Systems Change Accelerator. See Sch O for more details.
