The organization operates primarily under the DBA of Tomchei Shabbos of Los Angeles. "Tomchei Shabbos" organizations have been founded in every major metropolitan area to enable Jews to help their impoverished brethren with their most basic food staples for Shabbos/Shabbat and holidays.
