Senior Community Assistance. To bring assistance to the senior community through the implementation elderly home care assistance, phone tree, and other services to seniors.
Reassurance program - our volunteer staff contacts over 100 at risk and disabled seniors seven days a week to ascertain their mental and physical health. The volunteer staff inquires about any needs the senior may have such as the need for transportation, food, caregiver services, or relocation services. The organization will assist seniors in need with obtaining free transportation, paying for caregivers fees that senior is not able to pay for out of pocket. we continuously maintain contact with senior living at home to ensure they are not left unattended and if need assist senior with relocation to a safer environment based on their physical and mental necessities. we have successfully assisted seniors by paying their caregiver fees so that they are not left unattended. We have reunited seniors with their families. Assisted seniors with free bus passes and other forms of transportation.
