The purpose of this corporation is to promote and support the advancement of music and art education and literacy through public, private and parochial schools and other educational institutions for school-age children in the County of Napa, the City of Nashville and beyond and to solicit, collect and otherwise provide for the raising of funds through public and private donations and ticket sales to fundraising events in order to further the purposes of the corporation.
