Formed in 2004, the organization is composed of more than 30 authoritative member companies, government organizations and academic institutions within aerospace, defense, information technology and communication entities openly working in the forefront. The NCOIC works closely with international bodies, such as NATO, the European Union and others to ensure that the goal of global interoperability is achieved.
