Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Norco Community Fair is an annual event held on Labor Day Weekend. This event is affordable to all families and open to the public. The fair is an all volunteer event with participation and positions held by the various non-profit organizations and individuals. The mission of the organization is to provide the community with educational activities and entertainment, and to promote a sense of community and volunteerism. Activities and entertainment include, but are not limited to: the showcasing of animals, craft competition, pet parade, dances, bands, rodeo and carnivals. In addition, surplus generated from the event are donated to various national and local non-profit organizations.
Numerous national and local organizations participated in the 4 day Labor Day Weekend Fair. More than 175 volunteers worked at different areas and stages of the event, which provided affordable family entertainment for the community. Various nonprofit organizations were also able promote their organizations and conduct their own additional fundraising activities.
