Organizations Filed Purposes: To resource, support, and nurture liberation for individuals, communities, and organizations, as a pathway to transforming global systems and to creating a world where all needs are visible and attended to.

The Fearless Heart offers "Inspiration and tools for creating the future we want" with the "courage to live it now" through workshops, seminars, and topic-based conference calls; a newsletter and a bi-monthly blog; and through custom organizational services.

The Bay Immersion Program ("BIP") supports participants to deepen their understanding and embodiment of key principles and applications of Nonviolent Communication. It begins with the 5-day residential Living Peace Retreat, and continues with eight monthly weekend workshops. BIP offers training to: transform recurring conflicts, enhance ability to support others, find more balance and clarity with "triggers," shift areas of life that seem stuck, deepen capacity for listening and empathy, and build community focused on nonviolence.

Nonviolent Global Liberation ("NGL") seeks to nurture a group of practitioners and leaders as active co-learners committed to nonviolent global liberation. It does this via online forums and international retreats.
