Impact Bay Area teaches effective boundary setting, personal safety, and physical self-defense skills. We seek to create a community where everyone has the personal safety tools to live a fuller, more confident life.
In 2020, IMPACT Bay Area taught over 1,500 people effective self-defense skills in over 100 public and private classes, both in-person and online. We taught free public classes, and offered classes to teens, young adult women, and adults around the Bay Area regardless of ability to pay.
