Organizations Filed Purposes: The Mission of SF-CESS is to interrupt and transform current and systemic educational inequities to ensure all students have access to personalized, equitable and high performing schools that believe and demonstrate each student can, should and will succeed.

Extended Day Program: The Extended Day Program provides high school students with an opportunity in youth leadership development that integrates our equity and social justice framework for transformation. SF-CESS led two extended day programs in the San Francisco Unified School District. This year we provided 32 student stipends and scholarships.

Coaching & Facilitation: SF-CESS provides coaching and training for partnered school leaders and organizations addressing the pattern of inequity for students within the present education system with a goal of interrupting and changing these patterns.

Networking: SF-CESS works in collaboration with schools, organizations and school districts to offer and provide our coaching and facilitation services. SF-CESS partnered with 18 different groups in webinars, professional development meetings, and more.
