To support Oroville Hospital in it's ongoing mission and to ensure the Oroville Community has access to comprehensive health care services now and in the future.
OroHealth Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non profit corporation formed in support of Oroville Hospital and its mission to provide health care services to the City of Oroville and the surrounding foothill communities. Support is provided to the hospital in the form of management services. All top level executives, CEO, COO, CFO, CNO, CRO and Executive Assistant are employed directly by Orohealth Corporation.
OroHealth Corporation provided medical office space for physicians on the medical staff of Oroville Hospital, as well as to departments of Oroville Hospital. Without this space immediately adjacent to the hospital, physicians would find it more difficult to see their patients both in office and in hospital. The patients also find it more convenient to have their physicians and all other medical service within walking distance of each other. Oroville Hospital would be forced to look off-site for space to house support services, that need not be located within the hospital proper, at a substantially higher cost.
