VCCDC has grown in response to market conditions and opportunities, as well as client needs, and operates as a one-stop Home Ownership Center where it provides a full range of services:-Education: pre/post-purchase, foreclosure prevention, financial empowerment;-Counseling: budget/savings counseling, pre-purchase, foreclosure prevention;-Financial Coaching: (include group education, 1:1 coaching/counseling and peer support);-Lending Services: loan packaging/origination specializing in fixed-ratemortgages/down-payment assistance;-Realty Services: specializing in acquisition/rehab of modest priced homes and represents both buyers and sellers through real estate transactions.VCCDC is committed to high quality standards in the delivery of its services and has maintained all of its certification and affiliation as a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency, an adopter of the National Industry Standards for itsHomeownership Education and Counseling Services, a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), an approved broker with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and member of Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors.
