Swamy Sri Lakshmanacharya Viswansanthi Foundation (hereinafter referred as SLVF) exists to promote peaceful healthy living, nonviolence and contentment. We achieve our mission through various free classes and courses for the local community. We also provide these courses to the families and individuals within our local area.SLVF offers free yoga and meditation classes on an ongoing basis. Classes are either single session workshops or multiple week courses. Each class teaches yoga, meditation techniques and styles. These classes include training to discipline ones mind and body. Instructions are focused heavily on Vedic practices. Registrations are done on a first come, first serve basis.SLVF also offers free single session seminars and workshops to teach the community about the healthy lifestyle practices. These sessions will focus on nutrition and the benefits of an organic and natural diet. Sessions will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.SLVF is dedicated to creating unity within our community. In support of this goal, we host regular seminars discussing religious differences and the importance of unity. We focus on various topics including cultural integration, understanding and tolerance. All sessions will be offered at no charge and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.SLVF will create a community center in our local area. As we grow, we may add additional community centers in California and other states.
