Organizations Filed Purposes: To inspire and empower people to speak and act on behalf of their communities, to use television and the internet to create and distribute programs that promote and celebrate individual expression, local achievements, education, cultural exchange, arts appreciation and civic engagement.

Administer the Public Access channels on the cable TV system available to 32,314 homes in 5 cities. The Media Center does outreach, provides training and equipment,schedules, publicizes, cablecasts and/or webcasts programming produced bycommunity members and staff on channels 27,28, and 30. The Media Center also administers the Government Access channels 26 & 29.

Production/Media services enable community members, organizations, and government agencies to reach the public with their message. Free coverage of local arts and events including election related forums and high school sports were also provided.

The Media Center hosts a variety of opportunities for youth to gain hands-on video production experience in a professional setting.
