The organization is committed to social change by focusing on the needs of Hispanic and other low income persons. In response to the needs of our target population, we provide employment services, health, housing and economic development programs.
US Department of Labor - THis program is funded by the US Department of Labor/ETA. It is called the Senior Community Service Employment Program SCSEP. The program provides part-time employment to low income older workers who are 55 years of age and older. Older workers work in both public and private non-profit organization. They receive job training, new skills and the opportunity to find better permanent jobs. In the past year, ANPPM serviced over 1000 participants
Environmental Protection Agency - This program is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency EPA. It is called the Senior Environmental Employment Program SEEP. This project provides jobs for older workers who are 55 years of age and older. Theses older workers provide support services to EPA offices throughout the United States. They are placed withing the EPA.
