The primary purpose is to raise up mature men & women who know there identity & value in Christ. From that integrity, honor, and character will manifest in there life. Mission Statement: Disciple young adults. Minister around the world. Resource the nations.
Discipleship Ministry - We allow our leadership volunteers/students to raise money via supporters to be able to invest more time into the ministry. This allows them to pour into and disciple people that want to live in our houses and be a part of our community. Also allows time to build our ministry via new networking, fundraising, and marketing techniques, pour into our donors, and grow in their leadership and responsibility skills. It gives them more time to be around the founder of the ministry to disciple and mentor them. The money raised pays for there living expenses during the year. This discipleship ministry also includes funds from our founder and director that he pours into our volunteer team & students with meals, gifts, and travel opportunities.
Ministry Trips - Leadership Team/Volunteer Staff can travel with founder/director as he gets invited to speak at churches & ministers around the world. This benefits around 20. The number of people affected at the churches through our ministry, teaching, preaching, encouragement, is in the thousands. The leadership team/volunteer staff learn how to lead a ministry trip, ministering at a church, how to honor pastors/host homes, etc.
Beginning of the Year Retreat - Organization takes our leadership team/volunteer staff on a retreat for three days in which we teach on building character, integrity, connection, and life skills that they will need in life. These retreats strengthen there walk with the Lord and are a huge encouragement to each person. People affected would be around 20-25.
