PROVIDE A PATHWAY FOR RICHMOND RESIDENTS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED, LOW-SKILLED INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP CRITICAL LIFE SKILLS NECESSARY FOR EMPLOYMENT. TO PROVIDE THE PARTICIPANTS THE OPPORTUNITY OF JOB TRAINING AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIRE THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH CONTRA COSTA COLLEGE'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
