Organizations Filed Purposes:
RYSE Commons is a significant activity currently a construction in progress project with a vision to create a permanent center for youth by building and maintaining physical space (a new youth center). This new youth center will provide programming, entrepreneurship, and co-location with organizations providing related youth services.
RYSE's charitable purpose is to support youth development and leadership towards West Contra Costa community health and transformation in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
RYSE Commons received funding from New Market Tax Credit partners to break ground and start the construction project for the new RYSE Commons campus. The new building will be complete in the Fall 2020 but the new campus will open spring 2021. Creating a new space for the youth in Richmond with the capacity to enrich and serve the community was the goal and the vision of RYSE Commons.
