DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF OLDER ADULTS AND YOUNGER QUALIFYING ADULTS WHO ARE PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, OR SOCIALLY DEPENDENT. IN SO DOING, WE HELP THEM TO REMAIN LIVING AT HOME IN THE COMMUNITY, ADVOCATE FOR THEIR NEEDS, AND SUPPORT THEIR CAREGIVERS AND FAMILIES.
PROVIDE ADULT HEALTH CARE AND ADULT DAY CARE SERVICES FOR 75 - 100 PARTICIPANTS DAILY FOR APPROXIMATELY 250 DAY PER YEAR.
PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO PARTICIPANTS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS SERVICES.
PROVIDED ADULT DAY CARE TO ASSIST THE PARTICIPANT'S FULL TIME CAREGIVER.
