Organizations Filed Purposes: The Palo Alto Swim Club provides continued support for the development of young people by involving them in amateur aquatics under the direction and control of USA Swimming( The National Body for swimming in the United States) The swimmer's range in age from 5 to mid twenties.

The Palo Alto Swim Club caters to swimmers at many levels who seek competitive training from beginners to those who have qualified to compete at National Meets. What they all have in common is that they enjoy swimming and find the club a friendly place in which to do so.

To assist the City of Palo Alto/Menlo Park in their on going year round program for young people, we employ coaches and one bookkeeper to provide these services. In doing so, we must pay our coaches and bookkeeper reasonably and meet our membership and insurance needs.

On-Going Swim Program: These are the expenses that are incurred for awards, in-out expenses ( Meet entries for the group, group travel expenses, uniform); USA Swimming registration and Insurance, relay fees and swimmer support/coaches rewards (parties, incentives, picnics, swim caps, t-shirts)

Occupancy: These are the fees that we pay to Team Sheeper, Inc., Stanford University, Palo Alto High School and Sacred Heart for pool space.
