Housing Investment and development to serve the housing needs for very-low income and low-income and middle income people.
1)Continued to replace carpeting in the units with laminate flooring. As tenants move out, carpet is replaced with laminate flooring.2)Established strong community networks/alliances to receive donations of food for the tenant population.
