CHARTER SCHOOLS LEGAL DEFENSE FUND: LITIGATES KEY ISSUES WHICH SUBSTANTIALLY IMPACT CALIFORNIA'S CHARTER SCHOOL MOVEMENT AND PROVIDES SUPPORT TO CHARTER SCHOOLS SEEKING FACILITIES UNDER PROPOSITION 39 OR FACING UNFAIR TREATMENT.

STRENGTHENING SCHOOLS:MEMBERSHIP: SCHOOL MEMBERS BENEFIT FROM THE ASSOCIATION'S ADVOCACY PROGRAMS, RECEIVE ACCESS TO MEMBERS-ONLY RESOURCES, AND THE INDIVIDUALIZED ASSISTANCE OF THE SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT TEAM THROUGH EVERY PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT, FROM CHARTER PETITION WRITING THROUGH AUTHORIZER APPROVAL.SCHOOL PERFORMANCE, ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESEARCH: CONDUCTS SOPHISTICATED DATA ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF CHARTER SCHOOL ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE ACCOUNTABILITY WITHIN THE CHARTER MOVEMENT. ANNUAL CONFERENCE: CONVENES CHARTER SUPPORTERS OF ALL LEVELS ANNUALLY FOR NETWORKING, DEVELOPMENT, AND COLLABORATION ON TOPICS CRITICAL TO CALIFORNIA'S CHARTER SCHOOLS.
