LAW AND POLICY:-ORGANIZED THREE MEETINGS OF THE CONSERVATION LAW FORUM, A GATHERING OF ATTORNEYS AND CONSERVATION PRACTITIONERS TO DISCUSS CURRENT CASESAND EMERGING ISSUES FOR CONSERVATION.-PROVIDED SEVERAL LETTERS OF SUPPORT FOR BILLS RELATED TO LAND CONSERVATION.-SUPPORTED THE APPROPRIATION OF CAP AND TRADE FUNDS FOR CONSERVATION, INCLUDING FOREST HEALTH AND URBAN GREENING.-COMMUNICATION ABOUT EXISTING STATE LAW ON EASEMENT AMENDMENTS AND ON THE APPRAISAL PROCESS.
