Organizations Filed Purposes: To create, develop and provide education and economic development programs to increase adult leadership for the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) and for members of the CHCC and to provide scholarship opportunities for qualified students to attend educational institutions to study subjects consistent with the purposes of the CHCC Foundation.

Sustainability : Sustainability Programming refers to the allocation of resources and subject matter resources to assist our constituents with their daily operations on energy efficiency, small business resources, and the impacts of an accurate count for the census.

Procurement Program : The Objective of the Procurement Program is to develop a framework to help facilitate procurement opportunities through outreach and technical assistance, advocate for increased procurement opportunities with public and private entities, develop strategic partnerships with major corporations that have diversity programs and encourage them to establish procurement goals for contracting with minority-owned businesses, facilitate workshops, matchmaking events and procurement opportunities for minority business owners, specifically Hispanic and Latina-owned businesses, and maintain an in-house database of qualified vendors.

CAPS Program: The objective of the "Creating a Pathway to Success" program is to provide a conduit for young, goal driven Hispanic college students to become successful business and civic leaders by establishing relationships with the CHCC.A select group of students were invited to participate in the CHCC's Economic Summit, Legislative Day and Annual Convention. The program focused on legislative advocacy, entrepreneurship, career development, and mentoring.
