CH&LA operates to protect the rights and interest of the California lodging industry. Legislative advocacy, educational training, communication, and cost-savings programs are provided for all segments of the industry. Supports strategic alliances to promote travel and tourism.
Provided representation and advocacy before the California Legislature, before California's state regulatory agencies, and in the courts. Acted as a spokes-entity for the lodging industry with respect to the public, the media, governmental decision makers, and others.
