The ODIB Foundation is a 24-hour, 7 day a week, staffed operational program based on behavior modification and is designed to rehabilitate, encourage and enhance growth and development of youth who are unable to function within the norms of society. OBID has provided treatment for the specific disturbances and behavioral problems of residents, enabling some of them to return to a lower level of care and supervision. The program utilized the services of qualified professionals such as Psychiatrist, Psychology, Social Worker and Therapist. The goalsn of our activity programs are to identify the residents' needs and interests and help them develop basic daily living skills, social skills and recreation skills. We provide our residents with a variety of experiences, but also work to build their self-esteem by insuring that they develop competence in areas where they show talen. We use Community resources whenever appropriate and work to promote physical fitness, relaxation as well as fun.
