Organizations Filed Purposes:
To confidentially nurture all women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy by offering God's love for the unborn and educating the youth in our community regarding sexually transmitted diseases, fetal development and abstinence.
We offered a friendly, compassionate atmosphere where trained peer counselors provided help and hope for the future. The center provided 102 pregnancy tests and nine ultrasounds. This was for a total of 107 individuals for 961 appointments. Counseling services, educational materials, materials assistance were provided. We also provided referrals to community resources and agencies. All services were free to the individual and confidential. The center also provided post abortion healing and education within the schools.
We provided a community outreach program to educate the youth in schools and youth groups regarding healthy relationships, abstinence, fetal development, sexually transmitted diseases and social media awareness presentations. We presented to 1500 students in Monterey County in high school, middle school and youth groups.
