Organizations Filed Purposes: The organization exists to educate through schools and seminars all those who desire to excel and achieve their professional goals in the auction community additionally, the organization exists to assist financially those within the community who are suffering from illness or accident or other lifetime set-backs, especially where insurance benefits are limited.

During 2013, the organization held one benefit auction (5-19-12) that was attended by approximately 300 people including representatives from the major auction locations, many dealers and wholesalers as well as auctioneers and ringmen. The event continued to strengthen personal relationships between auctioneers and ringmen and the business community as well as initiate new relationships.The organization paid four grants in the amount of $5,000 each and one in the amount of $500.The organization held two free education seminars on March 21, 2012 at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario, CA. The topic, Getting That Next Position,Panel discussion with President Mike Hoch, Head Auctioneers Rod Metter, Keven Lewis, Justin Holmberg.June 20, 2012 Francisco's Banquet Room, Oakland, CA Topic, Educating Northern California Auctioneers and Bid Spotters regarding the importance of this Foundation and Association. Panelists, President Mike Hoch, Vice President Scott Caldwell, Directors Ty Beahm, Tom Happel. Also discussed, Going to Corp Headquarters regarding job security for the industy.
