Our mission is to strengthen a holistic leadership process through education and organizing in the San Diego region. Community Leadership Association strives to increase healthy housing opportunities and equality for City Heights. Our San Diego Tenants Association section program offers free services to the community in order to promote equal healthy housing opportunity through education and counseling efforts.
