Organizations Filed Purposes:
The advancement of Christianity and other charitable purposes, by the distribution of its funds for such purposes. The primary focus has been on equipping church planting leaders to start churches and church planting movements worldwide. This equipping is being accomplished through assessing potential church planters, coaching church planters, and training church planters.
Church Planting Leadership was involved in a lot of training ministry leaders in the areas of Evangelistic Church Planting and Conversion Growth for existing churches all over the USA and East Asia. Weekly: (1) Prepared for Church Planting and Conversion Growth seminars that CPL conducted often during the year (2) Consulted with various church planting leaders via phone, email and face to face in the USA primarily (3) Training materials were developed for upcoming Leadership and EV Growth Solutions Seminars (4) On leadership planting team for new Compass Church in San Diego near SDSU and involved in speaking and encouraging leaders (5) John Worcester also did site visits to new churches and then consulted with the church planter afterwards
