Medical services include pregnancy verification, ultrasound and consultation with a medical professional. Education includes options education, health education for early pregnancy, and parenting classes.

The CAPS organization has served over 9,515 individual patients since opening in 2000 with three medical clinics located near San Diego State University, in Pacific Beach and in the Downtown Area of San Diego. In 2019, medical professionals performed 874 pregnancy test verifications and 1,058 ultrasounds, 21 post- abortion peer counseling and education classes. 509 women and men received referrals for community resources such as Medi-Cal and Nurse-Family Partnership. 21 women and men participated in CAPS 5-week parenting classes. All services were provided free of charge. CAPS provided Sexually Transmitted Disease/Infection STD/STI testing and treatment services to 22 patients at CAPS.
