Esperanza will perform pre-development activites and then sell the land to the tax credit entity. Wooster Ave, LLC operated a 201 unit low-income housing project located in San Jose, CA. Wooster Ave, LLC was sold on December 13, 2019. These LLC's have been consolidated into this 990 for the year ended December 31, 2019.
