Organizations Filed Purposes:
The charitable purpose of the Foundation is to engage in the solicitation, receipt and administration of property and monies and, from time to time, to disburse such property and the income, there from, to or for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego, a California non-profit corporation, (the "Club"), for its charitable use. These charitable uses include, but are not limited to, promotion of juvenile decency, the physical, mental and moral well-being of young persons in the San Diego county area, their education and training in good citizenship and development of character and self-reliance.
