COFFEE CART, MICRO CREDIT, BLOSSOMS (FLORIST SHOP) ARE ALL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO GIVE DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE TRAINING IN BUSINESS AND JOB SKILLS. HDC/ICR PROVIDES HOUSING FOR RECOVERING INDIVIDUALS.
