Our blended solutions combine training, consulting, and information and referrals proven to enhance organizational effectiveness and improve mission impact. Since 1984, we have provided services to more than 100,000 individuals and organizations.

Training - The Organization provides more than 250 customized on-site training, workshops, seminars and leadership forums for nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers on varied topics in organizational development, leadership and governance, human resources management, financial management, fundraising, marketing and computer skills. Volunteers services are valued at 60,000 but are not included in total expenses, per IRS reporting requirements.
Consulting - Consulting services are designed to increase the effectiveness and productivity of nonprofit organizations and are tailored to the specific needs of clients. Services include consulting in all areas of organizational development, management and governance, as well as board development, strategic planning, and meeting and retreat facilitation. Our executive transition program allows orgnizations to choose the level of support they need.
