Resounding Joy enhances the human experience through the therapeutic use of music.
We uplift individuals and families with challenging conditions, help them achieve their goals, and support health and wellness throughout the community with three main programs: Semper Sound, Healing Notes, and Community Connections. The team of Board-Certified music therapists (MT-BC) improves the lives of service members, veterans, medically fragile children, isolated older adults, and others year-round in San Diego. Most of Resounding Joy's clients will feel the effects of their diagnosis throughout their lives, whether it is depression, PTSD, a brain injury, Down Syndrome, congenital heart disease, or a rare disease. Individual and group sessions are offered throughout San Diego, primarily on-site at partner nonprofits.
