Athena's mission is to promote professional growth for women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)-related industries.Athena represents senior executives, entrepreneurs, educators and emerging executives. Athena supports members at the top of their field while paving the way for those on their way up.
SPECIAL INTEREST PROGRAMMIndustry focused peer groups (Life Sciences, Technology, CFO, Associate & C-Suite) which support the needs of women in their respective industries/demographics. Networking opportunities and educational programs provide opportunities for women to learn fromthe experiences of others by sharing challenges and successes.
PINNACLE AWARDSAnnual event in which an educator, individuals and companies are recognized for supporting the Anthena mission. Five scholarships are also awarded to high school seniors pursuing a career in the sciences (science, math, engineering, computer science) who demostrate academic excellence, leadership in school organizations, and community involvement.
