Organizations Filed Purposes:
To be an HR resource for companies of all sizes and industries. Our goal is to furnish expert information and education in human resource development and strategic personnel business practices.
Provide consultation and information on human resource issues and topics to approximately 400 members via our HR helpline, where members have unlimited access to an HR professional to get their questions answered. This support saves our members time, helps them avoid lawsuits, fines and penalties and supports them in doing what is best for their employees.
Provide education and training. Conduct over 50 training courses in human resources essentials, leadership, harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion and workplace skills. Conduct Employment Law Updates focusing on key and critical topics of interest to support HR professionals and others in the execution of their current responsibilities as well as provide them with the tools for future growth.
Mitigate member risk and insure compliance by performing human resource audits,employee handbook reviews, employee opinion surveys, performance management programs and other personnel related activities.
