Organizations Filed Purposes: 1) To provide classes, groups and workshops in writing forms such as fiction, nonfiction, poetry, screenplays, playwriting, journaling and other genre;2. to create gatherings for the purpose of literary readings by published and unpublished authors; 3. to give public performances of readings and other presentations of written word; 4. to provide a place for writers and others for the purposes of writing, reading and creating community; 5. to provide information and education related to the published written words; 6. to cooperate with other agencies/organizations to provide writing instructions or organize gatherings to support writers and celebrate the written word; 7. to directly engage in and to provide facilities for others to engage in the promotion of creative and personal writing.
