OUR MISSION IS TO HELP OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED BREAK THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY.

VEHICLE DONATION PROGRAM - SVDP MANAGEMENT, INC. SOLICITS AND ACCEPTS DONATED VEHICLES FOR SALE AT AUCTION. VEHICLES ARE CLEANED UP AND ESSENTIAL REPAIRS ARE MADE WHERE AMOUNTS EXPENDED ARE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN HIGHER PRICES AT AUCTION. ALL OF THE NET PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORTING THE NEEDS OF THE OTHER PROGRAMS. BY CONTINUALLY MONITORING COSTS, WE ARE ABLE TO INCREASE THE AMOUNTS THAT CAN BE USED TO SUBSIDIZE THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO PARTNER AGENCIES WITH THE MISSION TO SUPPORT THE HOMELESS AND OTHER NEIGHBORS IN NEED. IN 2019, TOTAL SALES PROCEEDS OF $2,065,101 WAS USED TO SUPPORT THE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMS WITH DIRECT DONATIONS GOING TO ST. VINCENT DE PAUL VILLAGE.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - THE ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDED ACCOUNTING, HUMAN RESOURCES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO PARTNER AGENCIES AT OR BELOW THE COST OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES. BY PROVIDING DISCOUNT RATES TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, THESE ORGANIZATIONS ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE MORE DIRECT SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/RENTAL UNIT MANAGEMENT - THE ORGANIZATION HAS DEVELOPED AND PROVIDES MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO PROPERTIES THAT ARE LEASED TO ST. VINCENT DE PAUL VILLAGE TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION IS THE GENERAL PARTNER FOR 8 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS FORMED TO DEVELOP AND MANAGE AFFORDABLE AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING.
