The Latino Community Foundation LCF is on a mission to unleash the civic and economic power of Latinos in California. LCF fulfills this mission by building a movement of civically engaged philanthropists, investing in Latino-led organizations, and increasing the civic and political participation of Latinos.

Investing in Latino-Led Organizations - LCF leads the groundbreaking Latino-Non Profit Accelerator that invests grants, as well as evaluation, marketing, and communication technical support to grass root organizations. The goal is to deepen their impact, increase their revenue, and widen their reach. LCF has helped leverage over 3 million in new revenue to strengthen and grow the infrastructure of these critical organizations on the frontlines of serving Latinos and advancing social change.
Increasing Civic Power - LCF is the statewide hub for leading campaigns to increase civic engagement and increase political power for Latinos. In 2019, LCF led the Resist to Exist Census outreach campaign to ensure an accurate 2020 Census count as well as invested in grassroot nonprofits working to mobilize the Latino vote in California. LCF convenes Latino leaders to inform and advance a California Latino Agenda that prioritizes policy and provides state budget recommendations that will close the health, wealth, and education equity gap for Latinos in California.
Building Philanthropic Movement - LCF leads the largest network of Latino Philanthropists in the nation. Through its groundbreaking Latino Giving Circle Network, LCF has built a statewide platform for Latinos to invest in grassroot organizations advancing social change. With over 20 Giving Circles representing people from multiple sectors, generations, and income levels coming together lend their time, talent, and treasures to support Latino grassroot leaders and eliminate the inequities in funding for these organizations.
