The Marine Firemen's Union maintains the following funds (1) General Treasury to handle all normal operating matters, (2) Strike Fund maintained for expenses incurred during strike or lockout. The Strike Fund was not utilized during 2018, (3) Political Action Fund, a separate segregated fund required to report under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 as a political committee and which files its own Form 1120POL (EIN 94-6354752) when its taxable income exceeds the filing minimum.
