Renaissance SoMa is located in San Francisco's South of Market district. In addition to our intensive training classes on the introductory and business planning levels, workshops, industry-specific training in fashion, and access to capital services, Renaissance SoMa specializes in delivering women-focused programs and has served as the U.S. Small Business Administration (US SBA) San Francisco Women's Business Center (WBC) since 1999. SoMa also hosts our largest incubator with 35 small businesses and community-serving organizations operating on-site.
Located in East Palo Alto, Renaissance Mid-Peninsula provides entrepreneurship training and support services in English and Spanish including training classes and workshops, industry specific training in childcare and retail, Secure Futures, a financial empowerment and savings program, Dignity@Work, an entrepreneurship, vocational, legal services and life skills program for formerly incarcerated people, and a business incubator for 12 small businesses and community serving non-profit organizations. It also operates a VITA Site and entrepreneur marketplaces. Renaissance Mid-Peninsula delivers off-site training and services at partner organizations throughout San Mateo County in Daly City, Menlo Park, Pacifica, East Menlo Park, and Redwood City, and in Mountain View, San Jose, and throughout Santa Clara County.
Renaissance Bayview serves emerging and established entrepreneurs in San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point and Visitacion Valley neighborhoods, through small business training, women-focused programming and mentorship, individual consulting, and industry-specific training in the Construction sector. Renaissance Bayview also provides business support services to small businesses located along Third Street Corridor and Leland Avenue in Visitacion Valley and operates a Business Assistance Center providing low-cost office space, technical assistance and business development services to businesses in the Construction sector.
