Organizations Filed Purposes: The San Francisco Early Learning Alliance mission is to provide high quality business services exclusively for child care centers to improve program quality. The Alliance team has deep experience navigating early learning funding streams and requirements, and works to free up center leaders and staff from burdensome administrative duties, so that they can focus their time on what matters most: children, families and teachers. The Alliance works in service of their client centers, customizing services provided to meet their unique needs and circumstances. Services offered by the Alliance include: accounting, child care subsidy management, data management and reporting and human resources compliance.

The San Francisco Early Learning Alliance provides services to nine childcare agencies operating thirteen sites spread across the city of San Francisco. Collectively the sites serve 543 children representing the racial and economic diversity of the area. Approximately 79% of the enrollment of our participating agencies is considered low income and receives funding from the State of California, City of San Francisco as well as some private scholarships. The Alliance collaborates with other shared service organizations across the country to share information regarding best practices, failures, and lessons learned in hopes of improving efficiencies in the sector overall.
