IN 2019, SFMADE SERVED OVER 700 MANUFACTURERS, HAD 5,400 ATTENDEES AT WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS, AND PROVIDED OVER 1,300 HOURS OF 1-ON-1 ADVISORY SERVICES TO MANUFACTURERS. SFMADE ALSO WORKS DIRECTLY WITH MANUFACTURERS TO HELP THEM TO PREPARE FOR AND HIRE FROM THE LOCAL WORKFORCE. OUR WORKFORCE PROGRAMS SERVE BOTH ADULTS WITH SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT AND LOW-INCOME YOUTH BY PLACING THEM DIRECTLY INTO TRAINING, PAID INTERNSHIPS, AND FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT.
