MEMBERS ARE ACTIVE IMPACT INVESTORS, AND MANY ARE THOUGHT LEADERS IN THE FIELD. TONIIC FACILITATED 17 GLOBAL CALLS AND WEBINARS WITH 217 ATTENDEES AND 28 IN PERSON EVENTS ACROSS 12 COUNTRIES WITH 577 ATTENDEES TO PROMOTE IMPACT INVESTING AND ADDRESS CHALLENGES THAT MEMBERS AND THE FIELD ARE FACING IN CAPITAL DEPLOYMENT. SOME OF OUR EVENTS ARE MEMBERS-ONLY AND SOME ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. ACROSS ALL EVENTS, A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF ATTENDEES ARE NON-MEMBER GUESTS.

T100: IN 2019, THE T100 TEAM MADE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS TOWARD OUR GOALS. WE PUBLISHED 4 ADDITIONAL VIDEOS AND 6 WRITTEN STORIES OF T100 PARTICIPANTS SHARING THEIR JOURNEYS TOWARD DEEPER IMPACT INVESTING; THESE ARE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE, AND THE VIDEOS ARE ALSO PUBLISHED ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL. WE PUBLISHED A REPORT THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 2019 IN THE FORM OF A "RESEARCH BRIEFING" WHICH FOCUSED ON THE TOP FIVE SDGS INVESTED IN BY T100 STUDY PARTICIPANTS. PRODUCTION BEGAN IN AUGUST 2019 ON A NEW PLATFORM WHICH FACILITATES THE RESEARCH STUDY DATA COLLECTION, AS WELL AS INTEGRATED PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS AND IMPACT REPORTING FOR IMPACT INVESTORS, FUND MANAGERS, AND ENTREPRENEURS. T100 ALSO SUPPORTS ACADEMIC RESEARCH PAPERS BY OUR PARTNER CSP AND UNIVERSITY OF HAMBURG TOWARDS PUBLICATION IN INTERNATIONAL PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS.

IMPACT TERMS PROJECT: IN 2019, TONIIC REDESIGNED THE WEBSITE LIBRARY OF INNOVATIVE LEGAL STRUCTURES FOR IMPACT INVESTING. MAJOR CHANGES INCLUDED A NEW WEBSITE INTERFACE AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, A SHIFT IN THE FOCUS OF THE LIBRARY'S PRIMARY AUDIENCE FROM LAWYERS TO ENTREPRENEURS, REVISION OF THE EXISTING LIBRARY ARTICLES AND CONTENT TO BE MORE EASILY UNDERSTOOD BY NEWCOMERS, AND THE PUBLICATION OF AN ARTICLE STYLE GUIDE. THREE MAJOR CONTENT AREAS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED: GOVERNANCE AND PROTECTING THE MISSION OF ENTERPRISES, ALTERNATIVE STRUCTURES FOR IMPACT INVESTING, AND COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT VEHICLES.
