Organizations Filed Purposes:
Trellis partners with school districts and teacher preparation providers to recruit, develop and retain exceptional STEM teachers by supporting them over time with mentors, a learning community of peers and opportunities for continued growth and leadership within the teaching profession.
Mentor Fellow Training and Support : we supported 46 mentors across three regions (San Francisco, East Bay and North Bay). Regional Directors of Mentoring provided more context specific support. New Teacher Training and Support: we launched our fourth cohort of Teacher Scholars with 18 teachers for a total of 51 beginning teachers in the community. We supported 8 teachers with an extra planning period.
