Organizations Filed Purposes: WOMAN Inc supports survivors of domestic violence and their loved ones along their healing journeys, bridging value-rich networks designed to address the intersections of violence. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe in their bodies, in their homes and in their communities. Domestic Violence Support Line: survivors of DV and their supportive networks, outside organizations, & other community members can call our 24-hour line to talk with trained counselors, at any time, any day of the year. In fiscal year 19-20, we provided support, safety planning, referrals and/or counseling to over 11,000 callers on the line. A pivotal part of our work on the line included offering warm, relevant referrals to survivors & outside organizations. Our member-based, online database, the Domestic Violence Information and Referral Center (DVIRC) received almost 125,000 hits in FY 19-20.

Latinx Program: 25 monolingual, Spanish speaking survivors of DV were offered ongoing client advocacy, counseling, community accompaniment & overarching support in the Latinx Program in FY 19-20. Additionally, we held almost 10 sessions of group leadership development for Latinx Program graduates through our Echando Pa'lante project.

Supportive Counseling Services: we saw approximately 325 survivors in our counseling programs in FY 19-20; this included one-on-one crisis/peer counseling, therapy sessions, & group counseling.
